I've just learned from someone, who's in the know, that ASDA have a zero tolerance policy to anyone who criticises them publicly; I also understand that they have a very nice 'silencing of complaining customers' policy---a policy that could be very profitable to you and me. So I'm going to be looking into this story a lot more closely, gain as much evidence of the zero tolerance policy and if it is true then I'm going to publicly criticise them and see what happens. I'll also look into the freebie story too.
If what I hear isn't true then I'll publicly state it as so. Either way, watch this space
